Where do we deliver?
Our main delivery area is within Coventry and Mid Warwickshire. We are able to deliver to surrounding areas but will be subject to an additional delivery charge. Outside of this area? Send us your event postcode and we will of course try to accommodate you.
What surface can you set up on?
Our bouncy castles can be set up outside on level, grassed areas. We can also set up inside venues. Unfortunately we are unable to set up on hard surfaces outside including artificial grass. To comply with Health & Safety regulations bouncy castles must be weighed down on outside hard surfaces with a tonne of sand!! That's a hell of a lot of sand.
If you're looking for an option for artificial grass our soft play or inflatable ball pit is a great option.
Do you hire for Weddings?
Yes we do indeed! Our White Bouncy Castle is perfect for your Wedding photoshoots, to entertain your guests children and adults included. Get in touch for more information on our wedding packages.
Do you offer any personalisation to go with bouncy castle hire or soft play?
Absolutely! We can offer a number of different vinyl colours, designs & themes. We can also personalise your bounce house or soft play to make your event extra special. We don't do balloons but are happy to work with you or a balloon artist to make this happen.
When do you set up?
We set up in the morning of your event. We will be in touch a week before to arrange a suitable time. Set up usually takes between 20-30 minutes (longer if balloons / personalisation is required).
How long do we have our Bouncy castle for?
Our standard hire time is 4 hours. You can opt for additional hours or 2 day hire at an additional cost. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Can you provide an attendant to stay for the event?
If required we can provide a member of staff to attend for the duration of the event for £25 per hour. Please get in touch to get more information.
